I was born in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, 7th September 1976. I grew up in a suburb of Brisbane and now live in Canberra with my boyfriend and his family but am soon getting a place of my own. I spent most of my childhood in hospital due to asthma and still have asthma. Hopefully one day i will grow out of it.
I remember as a child doing a lot of stupid things, as most children do. I remember playing with my sister one day. We were spinning the wheels on an exercise bike by holding onto the peddles and turning them around. My mum had said to me "do not play with the exercise bike, you might get hurt". Pfffft at mum was what i thought. So we continued to play and a few minutes later our play was interupted by my screaming. Silly me had somehow got my finger caught in between the cog and the chain. Oooops. It was off to the hospital we went. I supplied the music for our trip. Me screaming my head off in pain as blood poured out of my finger. Got to the hospital, had lots of injections for pain, then came the anaestetic to so they could rip what was left of my nail out and stitch up my finger. I was quite proud of myself. The cog cut through to the bone. Aint childhood fun?
Some interests of mine are going out with friends to play pool. I love listening to music. My favourite bands include, Marilyn Manson, Live, Korn, Nine Inch Nails....bands like that. I love reading John Grisham and Stephen King novels.
I currently work in a Book Binding Factory. It isnt the best job in the world but it keeps me busy and it saves me staying at home chatting on here all day. Oh yeah, it also pays the bills, funny that. I would really love to get into the field of networking computers but i have a few setbacks. Money is one and the other is that getting into universities here isnt easy.
